Dear Mr. Swarajya,
I must apologise for my previous posting in response to your note on my story “My friend Bal Krishnan Balan” for addressing you as “Dear reader”. I happened to come across your profile. Subsequently I tried to locate your e-mail id (of course non-sulekha). Since I could not succeed I am posting through sulekha. I have also my B.Tech from Bihar Institute of Technology in 1968 much later than yours. If I am not wrong you may be product of first or second batch. Prof Deshpande might have been Director that time. That was a golden time in Bihar (ex president Kalam also told when Nitish Kumar invited him in 07 to address Bihar Assembly). Only sad thing during that period was that one student leader Dinanath Pande had succumbed to police firing in Patna. Muchkun Dubey (who retired as foreign secretary) had taken leading role in protesting.
